This includes details shared through lease agreements and SMS communication via RingCentral. We use this information to manage properties and communicate with clients, and we never sell or share your data outside of what's necessary to deliver our services or meet legal requirements.

ConsentBy providing your contact information to RS Equity, you consent to receive communications from us, including but not limited to emails, phone calls, and SMS messages, related to our commercial real estate services. These communications may include property updates, appointment reminders, and other relevant information.

3. Privacy Policy

At RS Equity, we collect only the information necessary to deliver our commercial property management services such as contact details and lease-related data. This information is used solely to manage properties, communicate with clients, and maintain regulatory compliance. We do not share or sell customer data beyond what is required to fulfill our services.

4. SMS Communications

4.1 Compliance and Registration

RS Equity utilizes RingCentral's messaging platform to communicate with clients via SMS. In compliance with wireless carrier requirements, all outbound text messaging (SMS/MMS) is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) . This ensures that our messaging practices adhere to industry standards and regulations.

4.2 Message Frequency and Content

We limit our SMS communications to essential information pertinent to our services. You can expect to receive messages such as appointment confirmations, property updates, and important notifications. We do not use SMS for unsolicited marketing purposes.

4.3 SMS Consent

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Property Leasing Terms

5.1 Lease Agreements

All commercial lease agreements facilitated by RS Equity are subject to the specific terms outlined within each contract. These terms include, but are not limited to, rent structure, lease duration, maintenance responsibilities, permitted use of the property, and termination clauses. It is the responsibility of both landlords and tenants to thoroughly review and understand these terms before entering into any agreement.

5.2 Maintenance and Repair Responsibilities in Lease Agreements

Responsibilities for maintenance and repairs are defined within each lease agreement. Typically, tenants are responsible for interior maintenance, while landlords handle structural and exterior repairs. Specific responsibilities may vary based on the lease type (e.g., gross, net, or triple net leases) and should be clearly outlined in the lease contract.​

6. Insurance Requirements

Tenants are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including but not limited to liability insurance, property damage insurance, and any other insurance specified in the lease agreement. Proof of such insurance must be provided to RS Equity upon request and maintained throughout the lease term.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from lease agreements or property management services provided by RS Equity shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the designated arbitration association. Both parties agree to this method of dispute resolution to ensure a fair and efficient process.

8. Changes to Terms

RS Equity reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
